   Non-TechMB TRADING

A couple weeks ago I experienced incorrect buying power figures. About 4 days later I awoke to find my account was fine and has been so until this morning.

I find this morning that my account balance and buying power is incorrect. I pulled a report from Penson's and it is correct. So it is MB Trading that is not reporting the correct balances.

I could be wrong...but it appears I have the same approximate account balance and buying power as I had yesterday morning. The current balances reported by MB Trading appear as though they are not reflecting the trades I made yesterday.

Although it does accurately reflect that I carried no stock over night...the account balance doesn't seem to reflect the profits made yesterday and the buying power balance is incorrectly high as it doesn't reflect purchases made yesterday...from my cash account.

I am opened up a second account (margin) and planned on funding it next week. But I am a little concerned about the incorrect balances that I have experienced over the last 30 days. Does this happen often?

Ross,

Congrats on the Barron's 2009 ranking.

New web site is good too but a few bugs remain. The one webinar I was part of was good also.

I just downloaded the latest beta of Navigator. The bugs have been worked out, outstanding charts. Absolutely great three line break charts.

No ICE Futures for 2 days now. How can you be missing a connection from a whole exchange when the rest of the trading firms are having no problems. Come on guys, get with it.

Anyone having problems this morning? I can't bring up Navigator and I can't access www.mbtrading.com. My internet access is working and I have no problem with other sites. I timeout when trying to ping www.mbtrading.com.

I called MB Trading and they said no one else has reported a problem.

Thanks. I get to the page where you press a button to get confirms, get a message that it's loading me into the penson web site, then after a short while I get "connnection was reset" and "problem loading page".

This is interesting - usually I go ape when the service I access tells me that the problem must be with my ISP. Well, this time that is the problem - I got in through my wife's computer which uses the Verizon USB stick, while I use TimeWarner. Problem solved!

Thanks for the response.
