I find this morning that my account balance and buying power is incorrect. I pulled a report from Penson's and it is correct. So it is MB Trading that is not reporting the correct balances.
I could be wrong...but it appears I have the same approximate account balance and buying power as I had yesterday morning. The current balances reported by MB Trading appear as though they are not reflecting the trades I made yesterday.
Although it does accurately reflect that I carried no stock over night...the account balance doesn't seem to reflect the profits made yesterday and the buying power balance is incorrectly high as it doesn't reflect purchases made yesterday...from my cash account.
I am opened up a second account (margin) and planned on funding it next week. But I am a little concerned about the incorrect balances that I have experienced over the last 30 days. Does this happen often? |

I called MB Trading and they said no one else has reported a problem. |
