Nobody ever got back to me, indicating that we could reverse the steps that we took to get back up and running.

And, for the very first time in decades.... I have a "sweep" transaction (charge) that makes no sense to me.

Talking with them now.

Rick, you ever watch CNBC stream on Edge? If so, have you noticed it is not there anymore? My window is there but no CNBC live streaming appears. tia

Jim, Schwab says that a variety of procedures were used to get us back online after the Windows 10 update. They had a tough time getting me back online.

I had disabled "Shockwave Flash Object". You need to get to control panel ----> internet properties -----> programs --------> manage add-ons.

Once there, enable "Shockwave Flash Object".

This assumes that your blank gray screen for the CNBC stream is caused by the same issue that I've corrected. 800-433-9196 worked for me.... they were VERY patient.

Rick

Rick thank you so much. This was my problem. Guess I should have figured out the fix(s) to the Win 10 problem could have caused this problem. Win 10 seems to cause to many problems with it updates. I just assume that when any program stops working right, a Win 10 update is causing it.

Now fingers crossed that the enable does not bring back the original problem. lol
