Non-Tech E.Schwab problems
To: scaram(o)uche who wrote ( 1370) 12/30/2015 2:44:17 PM From: Findit Thanks Rick. Have had a few issues with Win 10. Did download and update Edge to no avail. Strange. At least Schwab.com has Trade Source now. So that will due until I find an answer. Recommend Keep Reply Mark as Last Read

And, for the very first time in decades.... I have a "sweep" transaction (charge) that makes no sense to me. Talking with them now. Recommend Keep Reply Mark as Last Read Read Replies (1)
To: Findit who wrote ( 1376) 2/9/2016 11:21:18 AM From: scaram(o)uche Jim, Schwab says that a variety of procedures were used to get us back online after the Windows 10 update. They had a tough time getting me back online. I had disabled "Shockwave Flash Object". You need to get to control panel ----> internet properties -----> programs --------> manage add-ons. Once there, enable "Shockwave Flash Object". This assumes that your blank gray screen for the CNBC stream is caused by the same issue that I've corrected. 800-433-9196 worked for me.... they were VERY patient.
