Pugs, you mean Mork and associates, I mean Kugler and associates, I mean Smartin and associates continue slandering the company after RMIL has filed suit against them. I think it was wrong for them to illegally short this stock. They claim to have no interest in this stock. But we no better. As Gary morgan has said all along, there is a tremendous amount of shorts present in this stock and he is more determined than ever to have them removed so that they can practice their shorting elsewhere. You cant't blame them. They don't want to loose their shirt while shorting. They haven't fooled me with their slanderous press releases, they will not fool me with their slanderous scare tactics here on SI. I certainly would trust Gary Morgan before I trust these Kugler and company.

Pugs: Since Kugler has all the answers, why can't he answer why we all are having more trouble with each passing day getting our certificates?

Ellen, I don't think I'd wait to get a response via e-mail. The number of 144 shares should be available. "Q7) How many shares of the current outsatnding 3.4 million are
restricted? A7) Roland is working on collecting all data concerning the number of shares in the public float. We will give these numbers out as soon as we know."

I have been given that answer for almost 2 weeks. Notice the above answer " .... in the public float", not answering the question about restricted 144 shares. The float changes with shares in certificate form, thats why 3.3 million have to be in certificate form for the float to be covered. There is alot of BS from the nay side and I know you don't listen to them so, as a friendly piece of advice, call the company and ask "How Many 144 shares are there?" If they answer like they did above, stop them and ask the question again.

This may not be meaningful, but I recently did a stock transfer that took 4 weeks. If you do the math, some of your certificates have traveled from broker to the TA, from the TA to the next TA, from that TA to the current TA, and then hopefully to you. The wheels turn slowly. Just a thought. Some of these shares have traveled a lot of miles..You can't blame the broker for OVIS going through TAs like"water"
