Know what? I was very surprised to hear that. Gary Morgan has maintained that his stock is heavily shorted, organized a campagin against it, been in touch with Riley concerning it... and never bothered to check the numbers ? I'll have to say I was very surprised. at that.

yes, i have multiple phone lines....doesn't everyone (i especially like using the cell phone connection cause it is such a bargain) i thought al was just teasing me about urlman since i give out urls to a lot of interesting places. i was not involved with SEXI thread in any way shape or form. i be innocent as they say;) BTW: i promote all the websites mainly because i think everyone spends way too much time on S.I....can you believe it:>

I don't know how much this helps but when I talked to Gary Morgan about 2-2 1/2 weeks ago I asked him about the 2 million shares from the S-8. He told me they were all Reg 144 shares. It would seem that if the total authorized shares are 3.6 million, the float would have to be approx. 1.6 million. Again, this is based on what I was told. I can't guarantee the source, just the messenger. I agree, though, that someone from RMIL should be able to provide this information.

Vital?, I'm surprised that Kuglers' dissection of an old financial has warranted this much chaos.....Morgan told me today that Roland was verifying thru the TA the float and how many were certified. They went to the TA TODAY!!, Chill out!!! Do the math, even if, a big 'IF', thoses 144's come into play, ITS' STILL COVERED!! If you're shakey, SELL!!, If you can't hang, fine,.......sell then...BTW, My sample, consisting of what guys e-mailed me, and dropped by the gym, amounted to approx. 500,000 shares w/ only about 5% in cert form, THIS FIGURE IN NO WAY ACCOUNTS FOR THE FOUNDATION OR CALVARY, the CAlvary alone is waiting for certs on 300,000+ shares!!!! I'LL BE BUYING MORE TOMMOROW!!!!, Pugs

It's highly likely that they know what it is, especially if some of the former 144's are theirs. If you were selling into the market, would you want to tell anyone? Cheers, KMT
