Well Scam, I can see that you are turning into a lost cause. You obviously haven't phoned the company or you would know why there is very little activity with Jaws right now. Until the company gets the ok from Nasdaq to change the name from Ebiz to Jaws, there will be very little promotion. Everything has been filed with Nasdaq so it should be any day. Then they'll announce the contest, etc.

Now, if you have some feud with Dave, Juanita and God knows who else, please take it to another thread.

Trying to remain calm

You're getting me mixed up with somebody else, Fred.

Check my profile. I've only been on SI since last December, so there is no way that I could've talked about NPA.V on here. I know there was a lot of attention on it, and I can't remember if I ever mentioned it on Prodigy or not....I don't think I did....but like I said, I can't remember.

And one thing that I have NEVER mentioned on ANY stock EVER has been about shorters. Look up my posts if you don't believe me. I don't talk about shorters. What I have talked about on NPEC has been the charts...which until this month were doing fine. Then this month, everything I owned turned upside down. Blew my mind!

So, to answer your question....no, I am not Dave D's wife, sister or girlfriend....although he does sound really cute! <g> Now I'll ask you the same question. Are you his boyfriend? Ridiculous question, isn't it? Just as ridiculous as the one you asked me!

Oh, and please spell the word hilarious correctly next time.

Thank you.

Juanita

Hi, Juanita. I don't know why your name didn't register before because I've been "hangin' around" this site for about 6-7 weeks wondering when (not if) I should start Investing in JAWW (so that's the ticker?). Looks like the time may be now. I like the increase in volume. I've only been in pennys for about 2 weeks and (behold, behold) I'm actually in the plus column as you are (we own some of the same BBs). But enough "off topic" banter. I've been keeping a close watch on this one because this is technology I can understand--or, rather, I can appreciate the problem JAWS is addressing: encryption is "hot" right now because "unauthorized entry" has become a problem that must be addressed NOW. If the JAWS solution is what they claim (why else put up the $5 mil?) serious competition is ahead for the likes of AXNT,CYBG,SCUR,etc. One last point: in reading numerous threads,I've noticed MMs being trashed as "scum" and worse. I disagree. They know as much (or more) about a company as we do and, with correct interpretation, we can use their actions to our advantage. After all, they're lookin' to make a buck, too.

Hi Saltbox!

I like the increase in volume too. And, like you, I figure that they must be pretty sure of their technology to put up the $5 Million reward if anyone can crack their code. AND what's even nicer is that I recently learned that the $5 million is being insured. Now I figure that if some one looked at the tech and was willing to put up the risk to insure it, then they must've liked it too!

I'm really pumped about the symbol change. Maybe that's why the increase in volume happened the past few days.

About the mm's. I agree with you. They're out to make money too. However, many times in order for them to make money, WE have to lose money, so that's why they are favorite targets for bashing.

Do you really think that they know as much about a stock as we do?
I mean, don't mm's have to cover a lot of companies? I was under the impression that they just basically followed the tape.

I think that with the symbol change that probably a new thread will also begin so be prepared to type in the symbol JAWW on your search ticker next week and then maybe we can continue the discussion over there too.

Juanita

P.S. I see you're in DGIV too. Yeah, I'd say we're on a little bit of the plus side with that one. <g> Hey! That was a nice answer that you gave that 12 year old.

Hey Joe!

I'm glad to see you on here! I did know the shares outstanding but for the life of me, I can't remember now. Hopefully someone else on here can answer your question about that. If not, I'll be able to find out on Monday for you.

About the float....I've heard that the majority of shares are being held by insiders. And although I can't confirm this, I've also heard that they have no intentions of selling. I can't confirm this next either, but I've heard that the float is less than 100,000 shares right now. Pretty low float, if that's true.

Juanita

Joe and all - outstanding shares about 6.8M, not sure of float but it's tight. I'm going to start a Jaws thread right now - unless someone has beat me to it.

Regards

bbruin,

Thanks for the info on the outstanding shares, and also thanks for starting the JAWS thread. I sure do wish that they had gotten the symbol JAWS so that it would match the thread. But having the symbol JAWW isn't too bad.

I'll put JAWS into my search box right now and go and see what you have written.

Thanks again!

Juanita

Thanks for your kind words. As for the MMs: I would think the first thing they would have to figure out with a company is whether it was a lump of coal or a diamond, and then try to make the market believe the opposite. As long as the stock is heading north they buy high and sell higher. But when the pause comes, look out. I guess it boils down to DD: if you've done it you feel confident; if not, you panic. Someone out there knows this stuff, and can keep us informed when the games start with JAWW. I hope. Now, if I could figure out how to make this goldurn machine do paragraphs, this might be easier to read. Anyway, back to JAWW. Very assuring that the $5mil is insured; as you pointed out, the ins.co. wouldn't put that kind of money at risk for a small(?) premium. Question: is a "firewall" just another word for encryption? Cyberguard was up on very heavy volume Friday, either because their "firewall" won an award, or they are going to be taken over, which seems to be happening alot these days. Which seems to make JAWW even more attractive on its' own, and (dare I say?) takeover candidate.Cyberguard takeover is just rumor at this point. But if the JAWW encryption tool is as claimed, I can't believe this puppy will be allowed to run around loose for long.
