Hi bbruin. This sounds like a great opportunity! Data encryption is big business especially when it comes to the internet. I hear they may be moving from software to hardware encryption. If this is the case then that means not only can it be applied to the internet and computers but any other electronic pieces of equipment that requires security... ie cell phones. The market potential is huge!!!

Jack D. - You've hit the nail on the head. Data security is big business. Look at companies like Network Associates NETA -NASDAQ - $60+ and Security Dynamics Technologies (SDTI - NASDAQ -$32+, market caps over $1B. These companies do more than strictly data encryption, but it's a growing component of their businesses. Remember, Jaws only has about 6.7M shares outstanding; NETA and SDTI have something like 70M and 40M outstanding.

The company (JAWS) will get the promotional bandwagon rolling once the name change from EBIZ to JAWS happens. I can't see it taking longer than a couple of weeks. Once that happens, I will start up a JAWS discussion group.

Hi Joe - Was out of town for a week. The company's website will not be up and running until the name change to JAWS takes place. Just talked to IR and Chris indicated a maximum of 2 weeks but hopefully sooner.

Ho bbruin: What was the IPO price of EBIZ when it hit the market?
And thanks for your posts. Sounds like a winner.

Hi Euel - I'm not sure I know how to answer that. The best thing I can say is forget about EBIZ. What we have today is a completely different company that has nothing to do with the old EBIZ. JAWS wanted to acquire a NASDAQ-listed company to vend the product (JAWS) into so they bought out the former principals of EBIZ. Until the name change, hopefully within the next week or two, they will be lying low as far as promotion goes. They don't want to confuse people who might think that it's the same company just with a name change. I personally have no history with EBIZ, but I guess there are some investors out there who do and the new management doesn't want to be painted with the same brush. Makes sense?

WATCH OUT!! Another Dave Dericcho suggestion means another scam! Iam sure he owns shares that he bought cheap now he is starting to leak to all his scamed followers this company..beware the only one who will benefit is him..He'll tell you how high its going and dump while you are all buying then comes his biggest excuse in his arsenol "its being shorted" just watch you'll see.

Hi Scamed - Where did Dave D make his recommendation? Does he have a website, phone # etc. I phoned Jaws and they know nothing about this guy. I wonder if DD even knows that Ebiz is no longer the same company.
