Paul,
Due to the R&D nature of the enterprise and complete lack of current revenues, an evaluation of this company would be an evaluation of the science involved. As I am not a student of Biology, I will not be qualified to evaluate this company and it was not selected for review.
Thank you for your reply. |

You may want to check out SFAD (Safe Aid Products). They are basically an inactive shell for several years. In their latest 10K filing, they have announced a reverse merger with a private company called INI to commence within the next month. (10:1 reverse split of SFAD with ~8 times shares of new company being created post split) I know little about INI except what is said in the SFAD 10K.

Look at Hayes the modem people. They just merged with a public company to avoid the necessary steps. |

And look at Telegen. I believe that several years they merged a passive solar panel company from California with a woodburning stove company from Colorado, and wound up with a software company that is "developing" a flat panel display. If nothing else, it's good for a laugh. |

Check out BEC Group. They were Benson Eye Care, merged with Essilor, and spit out BEC (EYE), which has shed lots of stuff including Foster Grant, and now has bought Bolle (which was private) and will split into two companies: Bolle and Optical Radiation Technologies. |
