I can point you to two that are in the process of "reverse mergers." Both look like they will be positive moves.
I like PLRN and think you will see 300% within a couple of weeks. The other is JAVA -- that one is higher risk in my opinion. Both have SI threads and most of the information is there.
For what it is worth.

RMIL (newest symbol for OVIS, formerly OLPV) is trying to merge with private companies. They supposedly signed a letter of intent, in Aug 197, the acquire Palco a private distributor of athletic wear. Apparently Palco withdrew and RMIL is now trying to merge with the private company RMCW, (Rocky Mountain Crystal Water). The merger is supposed to be finalized on OCT 25 or thereabouts, but finalization remains to be seen, as RMCW was also supposed to merge recently with PRTI (Phoenix Resources Tech). Now that merger didn't work out because supposedly Phoenix failed to disclose a large debt. This impacted the merger of MVP (Amex listed) and PRTI and so forth and so on...RMIL which is on it's third stock symbol in less than a year will change it's symbol again, when they get listed (wink) on the AMEX, Jump on it quickly if you can..

If you can follow that trail at all, should be good for laughs, if nothing else.

MIDL Midland Inc. Start-up New Departure Corporation was merged into America's Coffee Cup an inactive public company and the name Changed to Midland.
Check out MIDL thread as well as Midland SEC filings. Most of the action you will see will be in 1998 as the first year of New Departure operations start to be reported. New Departure used to be the bearings subsidiary of General Motors then GM decided to outsource that production and closed it down. The New Departure name was well known in the industry and the founders of new New Departure decided to adopt that name. The new New Departure is also in the bearings business. Good luck with your research project I hope this one makes it. Another one that could be a fraud situation is the merger of Rocky Mountain Intl into Olympus Ventures (OVIS)then the name was changed to Rocky Mountain Intl(new symbol RMIL). There are over 30,000 posts on SI
