OVIS is a unique situation and the OVIS cartel is a new unique use of
Internet investor networking. We have bought and are buying shares
and holding them - after calling for the certificates - to squeeze
the naked short position of the MM's.

The fighting will get the most fierce just before the end. Do not be shaken.
We have already won, it's just a question of a little time to let the system
catch up with us, and then the MM's will be thrown into the crack of DOOM.
We must keep focused. Do not let our attention wander to other possible
plays. We will have many more plays on many other days. Keep the line straight
and your powder dry. For the newbies out there, keep the faith and enjoy
the ride. It don't get much more exciting than this. This will be a story to tell the
grandkids around the fireplace (in our very expensive new homes, of course).

To ALL,
Take some time to review the daily trading log. The trades seem to indicate that the MM are shorting the new shares we are buying because the certificates have not been issued yet. The price decline is not due to investors selling, IMHO.It also appears that not all MM are involved due to the time lapps of the trades. They can only continue this until the certi are delivered.
Therefore we know that they are selling at least 1.5 times the new shares we are buying daily don't be alarmed to see the price fall and bounce around untill these certi. are in the investors hands.Once this stock goes through a basing period of 3 to 6 weeks (more or less) you will see strong move up as they, MM, will have to respect your holding power as they will the be force to buy back thier uncovered short position . Thats why we must hold for a number of months for this to work. This is not a quick buck play.
If you ellect to take part in this GREAT INVESTORS' REVOLT OF 97 , then call for your certi. all other step aside we are on a mission.
Count me in for however long it takes.

I've been trying to figure out, what the next strategy might be for the MM'S and the powers to be, a couple toughts, maybe after the resolve of the cartel, their having second thoughts about moving the stock any lower,as they may have more to lose then their shirts as they let investor's buy more for less, may instead try to bore cartel into selling....Any thoughts on my read??? power...May try to drop it a few cents at close to give the impression that it's still going down, It's hard to figure out that kind of devious mindset

Hi Douglas, yes they may be grasping at straws and trying the "boring" strategy. I am convinced they have seriously underestimated "the resolve of the cartel". A more effective strategy would be to run it way up and grab the weaker players shares at a better price than they are going to HAVE to pay for the committed members shares.

Jaxax: The best thing going for the Market Manipulator's is the fact that the certs may being held up from getting to their real owners..Just my opinion...I may be wrong...Someone has no shame

Hi Douglas:

I ordered my certs on Aug 22. I had to call 4 times (no easy task waiting on hold with e*trade for 25-55 minutes) and finally get angry and threaten them before I finally got a confirmation that they were ordered on Sept 3. I then called the transfer agent and they said they sent then out on Sept 5 to DTC. I called e*trash today (Sept. 10) to check on the status. They "didn't know" all they could confirm is the order going out on Sept.3. They said "2 weeks". After going through the TA at least they are out of the float. To me this is ludicrous since it only took 2 days from the order to the release from the TA. It has now been 5 days since that date and obviously they can't blame it on DTC since it went from them to DTC to the TA and Back to DTC in 2 days! Sooo where are they now? If I do not get an acceptable answer tomorrow I WILL contact the SEC and quote their own laws...
Section 17A. National System for Clearance and Settlement of Securities Transactions

(a)

(1) The Congress finds that--

(A) The prompt and accurate clearance and settlement of securities transactions,
including the transfer of
record ownership and the safeguarding of securities and funds related thereto, are
necessary for the
protection of investors and persons facilitating transactions by and acting on behalf of
investors.

I've HAD IT with these butt surfers!

>Whats the cert request count up to? How many have received them?

That number is CLASSIFIED by me. Let me say that it between 1.6 million and 2.5 million shares. Also take into account that there were shares in certificate form (NAME vs. STREET) before we called ours, and that number is unknown to me. Also take into account that members of the company may have shares in certificate form also and that number is not available to me either!

A few full service brokers have received theirs and sent them to their clients, some discount broker clients should be getting their certificates Friday. These are from the Aug 22-26 filings for cert calls. Those filing after that and those with amended certificate calls will be getting their certificates in a week or so. There should also be a list of shareholders that will have requests in, but no certificates to issue because the legal Outstanding Shares will be all in certificate form. When that magic number happens then the MM's will be forced to BUY back shares that are registered in CERTIFICATE form to registered shareholders.

The MM's will not be able to trade shares between themselves to cover as only those cert's in NAME form will be allowed to cover the short. Since 100% of the shares will be registered that way, and remember that the long line of other certificate requests that have to be bought to cover the shorted position. That's why the stock price will SKYROCKET as we will not be selling our shares until our individual shareholder value is reached.
--

Here's how I plan to sell my shares through a slow steady upward process. Others may want to model a slow steady sell after this. I have no control of how you do it. As in all investments, this is only a template!

Stock Price Sell percentage
xxx-xxx 3% to 5% of position (cover buy in and nice profit)
xxx-xxx another 5%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
================================================

It is a simple matter to replace the xxx-xxx's with the starting price ranges that you want to start selling off shares. This method does not flood the market with shares and allows the stock price to grow as you sell a little here and there. You don't have to sell them in a day, two, or a month. You just follow your own set selling plan.

I have said that I am not selling any shares until the mid. $20 to $40 range, and then about 865 shares of my position! I do not sell on even numbers, I have plans on selling at odd places like EXAMPLE....200 shares at 26.625, 300 shares at 28.125,etc.....
