If you check your Ceres Account Handbook, they make it very clear that you must have funds or securities in your account prior to placing an order to buy or sell. I think they do this in order to keep their costs at a minimum so they can offer the low flat rates.

OUCH is right.. panic selling today in OVIS, VTPI, and EUTO.. oh well.
I'm still HOLDING my shares. Hope everyone else did too. At least those that said they would. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I took advantage and bought more of each of these 3 today. Good luck to us all. Sure hope tomorrow is much better.
