Typhoon, I had the same response from a trade support person at Ceres. I then asked him to check with someone, and after he came back from "on hold," I was told that while they are in the process of being processed that I could trade them, but I would have to cancel the order for the certificate first. I was also told that the cert would have to be returned and back in my account (once I actually received it) before the shares could be sold. If that is in fact the case, and I will get it confirmed from a trading supervisor once I actually receive it in the mail, there is a Waterhouse office just five blocks from my office, who I am sure will be happy to open an account for me. I think a lot of unneeded anxiety is being stirred up over the Certs issue Regards, Doug M.#33

That's the same story I got. Who is better, PCFN, or Waterhouse (or someone else), when it comes to certificates (and letting you trade, etc.)? After all, if you PAY FOR THE SHARES they are yours, so why all the red tape? I called the transfer agent and got an answering machine. I recorded my message, but I wonder if they will call back.

Ellen, I agree. Everyone needs to stay UNITED and meet the target goal!!! But just think what would happen, when the OVIS goal, the EUTO goal and the VTPI goal have all been met, if we ALL united. What strength we would have. Right now everyone is in the middle of their own battles and I think we should all support each other. We all have the same goal. That goal is to rid our stocks of those illegal NASTY NAKED SHORTS and make money on our individual investments. Cheryl

Typhoon, If you check your Ceres Account Handbook, they make it very clear that you must have funds or securities in your account prior to placing an order to buy or sell. I think they do this in order to keep their costs at a minimum so they can offer the low flat rates. Jim
