I have confirmed your report, duplicating your described post composition method, and will investigate implementing a resolution for this issue.

I think I've fixed this bullet (<li>) issue.
Please visit any SI message composition page (or just reply to this note). When you are on this editor page, press CTRL-F5 on your keyboard to force the page AND associated javascript code to reload.
Then try to paste from Outlook again, so as to again reproduce the issue. It should paste without the bullets now.
Regards,
@Dima |

From: SI Dmitry (code monkey) | 9/20/2023 6:57:37 AM | | | | Dear Members,
There should be a noticeable improvement in SI site performance today.
Over the weekend, we updated the SI message editor code to prevent base64 image insertion into our message database.
With this update in place, over the course of last night we converted nearly 90,000 base64 encoded images from our message database to file-based images, which do not burden our database server.
This will make SI a faster and as such more enjoyable browsing experience for all.
There is still a little cleanup work left to do, but the bulk of this surgery on our system in now complete.
Regards,
@Dima |

From: SI Dmitry (code monkey) | 10/20/2023 3:04:56 PM | | | | Dear Members,
Due to a colocation center move and upgrade, Silicon Investor has a planned outage this coming Tuesday evening, Oct 24th / early Wednesday morning Oct 25th. This downtime could potentially last a few hours. The precise timing at which this outage will take place is as of yet unknown to us, however the outlines we have are: some time between 8 PM Tuesday evening and 4 AM Wednesday morning.
We'll do our best to get everything back up as quickly as possible, and appreciate your understanding.
Regards,
@Dima |
