Point taken (and known).
What is interesting is this company has sales of 150mil and growing
with a backlog of 480+mill or about 96mill per year for five years, as
most contracts are of a five year nature. Yet the market cap is only
65 mill. The market pushes a stock to a 1.0 PSR and this one is
at .43 That looks like some price appreciation is coming.

Advanced Analogic Gets Favorable Ruling
AP
SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AP) - Semiconductor maker Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. said Monday a judge issued an "initial determination" in its favor in a patent lawsuit filed by Linear Technology Corp., a maker of integrated circuits.

The company's shares jumped $1.45, or 18 percent, to $9.46 in after-hours trading following the announcement. The stock had closed up a penny at $8.01.

Advanced Analogic said Administrative Law Judge Sidney Harris of the International Trade Commission found that Linear's claims on two patents, covering charge pumps and switching regulators, were "either non-infringed or invalid."

A representative for Linear could not immediately be reached for comment. The Milpitas, Calif., company filed its complaint last February.

Advanced Analogic said the initial determination will now be considered by the full ITC. The final determination is expected to be issued by Sept. 22.

Shares of Linear Technology had closed up 14 cents at $37.13.

Advanced Analogic makes power management semiconductors.
