This stock has a history of going days without any trading... sometimes only one trade a week. No visibility for a company that:

1. Has an environmentally valuable product,
2. Is a supplier to many recognizable chains,
3. Is profitable, although reporting leaves a lot to be desired.

The whole thing doesn't add up. If it is as they profess, limited by capital, why wouldn't they be able to get financing from any number of banks, venture capitalists, etc.?

If you're interested in taking a position, use a limit order and be patient. Unless there's a considerable change in the PR to create visibility, no one will know about USPDU.

All JMHO,
Roy

They did make an announcement about hiring PR firm. Maybe that will help. I'm planning to take a position here but the spreads scare me. I probably will be buying some time next week.

By the way I received an investment package from them very promptly. The product seems to real. I think their main problem is that they supply dispensing machine for free so it takes them some time to cover the cost of it.

On the negative note there were no financials in the investment package.

Best Regards,
Spy Hard

spy hard,

Have you spoken to the company lately? My brokerage now lists three symbols for the company.. none have any information available and the broker I spoke to says they've been delisted...

Spoke to the company... the symbol is going to change.. something about the last U standing for units and the stock doesn't trade in units anymore.
