Spy, have tried via e-mail on several occasions... no luck. Haven't tried lately. Been waiting for news since September about financing for expansion.

Let me know if you find out anything.

Just got of the phone with the company. Talked to Caren. She seemed very nice. Offered to send me investor package. The deadline for the 4th quarter is March 31, so they should be out before. They are aware of the stock price being low and when I mentioned that they should get some publicity going she said they are working on it. In a nut shell that about covers it. By the way the phone number is 909-466-0081. It was very easy to find they are listed in directory, that is a plus by itself in a penny world.

Best Regards,
Spy Hard

At least they're still in operation...

I received investor package from the company. Looks real. Seems to move quickly on small volumes. The spread is a killer. Input appreciated.

This stock has a history of going days without any trading... sometimes only one trade a week. No visibility for a company that:

1. Has an environmentally valuable product,
2. Is a supplier to many recognizable chains,
3. Is profitable, although reporting leaves a lot to be desired.

The whole thing doesn't add up. If it is as they profess, limited by capital, why wouldn't they be able to get financing from any number of banks, venture capitalists, etc.?

If you're interested in taking a position, use a limit order and be patient. Unless there's a considerable change in the PR to create visibility, no one will know about USPDU.

All JMHO,
Roy

They did make an announcement about hiring PR firm. Maybe that will help. I'm planning to take a position here but the spreads scare me. I probably will be buying some time next week.

By the way I received an investment package from them very promptly. The product seems to real. I think their main problem is that they supply dispensing machine for free so it takes them some time to cover the cost of it.

On the negative note there were no financials in the investment package.

Best Regards,
Spy Hard
