Save all Bre-X and related internet postings if you have any in files, printed or in your computer's cache. Now the scam's been exposed the plug has been pulled on the Bre-X site content. If you visit the Bre-X, Bro-X, Bresea web-site all you can access is the press releases re Strathcona and its findings. All the company's misrepresentations, and the false and misleading research reports put out by brokerage firms and "analysts" have been pulled off the web by someone at Bre-X. If anyone has copied this info, in any form, I'd recommend hanging on to it (along with posts of touts etc. found on SI). This material may well become very useful as lawsuits proceed against the perpetrators of this swindle (and it was a cast of many players, in their different ways, who contributed to this scam). Criminal proceedings in such cases in Canada have, historically, been inconsequential but hope springs eternal. In any event it's best to save everything related to Bre-X in case it can be used to piece together the scam at a later date. So, file these materials away...
