Each will produce a trigger line leading to the next EP. There are three possible ways to handle the configuration. Use the high TE. Use the low TE. Use both. The price chart will dictate the choice. A logical choice then. Especially when considering the TE already in place which followed. The second vertical coincides with a completely insignificant candle at an insignificant time at an insignificant place on the chart. Not a logical choice. It would not make sense to construct a track line off this vertical.
