Thanks for the stock tips. I'll look them up and investigate.
Do you own any SUT or are you just watching the board?

I don't own any SUT right now. Just watching ... I am currently in BOST (Boston Marktet) that seems highly undervalued and is moving under increasing volume. Take a look at it. My short term goal on BOST is $20+, long term 30ish.

thanks for the tip. I was surprised that it has gone down so much. I bought and sold it a couple of years ago at much higher prices. I think they overbuilt too quickly (3 opened only within a 10 mile radius from me) and I think that's what has gotten them in trouble.

Just got the annual for SUT. Looked very good. I think they should have another record year coming up. With the low PE and strong EPS I plan to keep this one.

Darth..... I am not a holder of SUT but have been a long term holder of Alpine Group (AGI) which owns 51% of SUT. SUT has been doing extremely well recently and certainly since its' IPO about
1- 1 1/2 years ago. It has gone from 16 or 18 to current 38. I think that its a great company. Also AGI which might be undervalued due to SUT's strength. If the numbers I just worked are correct about $15 of AGI's 20+ price is attributed to SUT. That makes the rest of AGI's holdings very undervalued. I expect that this will change over the next few weeks... especially if the market does well.
This is just my opinion.. not a hype (as I have held AGI for about 8 years).
Good luck
Alan

No I'm not holding SUT anymore. When we had the crash and such last October I decided to lock in my profits. I wish I had held but was trying to reduce exposure since I had been on margin. I've been impressed with how well it has done in the last few months. Thought about buying it back but never did it. Did you recently buy or have you held it from last year?

Ron, I bought SUT Friday. The stock doesn't have many analysts following it, First Call has it pegged for just 10% growth rate which should be easy to beat. I think I'll ride it just for a couple of points.

Do you own PAIR?

Talk about getting back to you in 7 months. Are you still around with SUT. I bought it today. I looked back at all the stocks I sold and went higher and SUT was on the list. I guess I'll take that to mean I better buy it back. Still has strong fundamentals and low PE, and held up well during the bear market. It's funny how few people even follow this company. I take that to be positive.

Ron,

The recent break out attracted my attention and I picked up 500 shares @ 16 3/8.. I'm not going to sweat any recent pull back on low volumes- just waiting for some follow through upside.

Good luck.. hopefully we won't have to wait 7 more months for another post.

Hi Orlando, I did get out of SUT last year when it started falling back to close to my buy point last year. The stock market was roaring and SUT was going down. Since then I've not followed the company so I can't comment. All I can say it has under-performed in the last couple of years which is different from it's earlier years. The growth rates have really slowed down and I don't think I am interested in the company right now. I look for leading stocks that move with the market over a long period of time. SUT used to be this way but has changed and no longer fits the stocks I buy. I think though that a value investor would not get hurt in these prices and you can still do well, it's just not my style of investing.

Good Luck,
RK
