Thanks ; I would never have seen it, what it says to me is
RE reported that its parent Company, C. MER Industries Ltd.,
publicly traded company in Israel, has informed the Company that it intends to distribute, by means of a dividend, to its
shareholders
all of the Ordinary Shares of the Company held by it.

Is that C.Mer Inds is doing a spin off and giving it's shares of
MTSLF to it's share holders as a dividend. I don't know that this
helps them ( the share holders of C.Mer ) unless MTSLF goes up.
As in effect they already own them by proxy.
------------
However it will free up 71% of the shares
to trade , and make MTSLF more widely held. Can you see if
C. Mers price goes up or down on that news ?

Normally spin offs are good for a stock ,& I hope this isn't an
exception , my GTC bid at 1-3/8 to double down is still sitting
there. I may have to bump it up, but will wait to see what
the news does.
---------------
She still needs to break above $2 to get any legs to speak of,
& let's hope the ones getting the dividend don't slam dunk us, still
tahts a ways off, and I think maybe there is something behind
this that they are not talking about.

Thing is; there must be a reason for the spin off..
like, who are the big Major holders of MER C. and is this being
done to give them a major stake in MTSLF , prior to a tender offer from another company
tahts what it smells like.

I have to say I like the news even though I'm not sure of the
whys of it , and I think some one has been doing a slow accumulation
of what shares they could get on the cheap..the price data
seems to bear this out.
I'm holding & buying more if she dips, I'll bet a tender offer hits
within a few months after the distribution.
I think we can Target the original IPO or a little better which
was $8-$9 range.

The major players and holders of Mer C likely intend to reward themselves or this would not be happening, in fact it could have been part of the plan from the get go. They know stuff we don't, and they ain't talking..if I could find the parent co I might would bid on
it too.
