It is clear from Stellar report, they need financing to get listed on NASDAQ. That would seem to be the next step. The key question is financing at what price? $2.50, $4, $6, $8? Wish I knew the answer to that question. If the financing were at $2.50 they still couldn't get listed so I suppose that it will be at $4 or above.
