Today is tax day (15 th) so that makes Monday the 19th of April. The day the International Insitu Bioremediation Conference kicks off. "The first conference, the International Insitu Bioremediation Conference, will be held April 19-22, 1999 at the San Diego Convention Center, and will be attended by government, commercial, industrial and real estate professionals purchasing bioremediation products and services for the cleanup of contaminated properties. The second conference, the International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds, scheduled for May 22-25, 2000 at the Monterey Conference Center and will be attended by companies, universities and government agencies seeking bioremediation solutions for the cleanup of sites contaminated by chlorinated solvents, PCBs, pesticides, explosive residues, chemical warfare agents and other toxic compounds."
