way way overpaid and the street pounded in a big way.
For typical networking acquisitions, average is 6 to 10 times revenue, so for about 50M revenue and given the highest 10 times it should be at 500M only. 2B is way too much. Look for CSCO to be down to 105-110 range before end of this week as predicted earlier. All imo.
