congrats on your discipline to stay in paper trading to see how it actually works for you!!!
keep the following in mind....important for cash management...you want to be able to "turn-over" your trades as quickly as possible...ie you'd rather have a winner in 4 days than 12 days, because you can have 3X as many trades.
That side, i like COF a lot...i was first concerned that it had run so much the last few days, but, based upon a quick chart review the last 6 months, this stock has been able to run 20 pts in a week
MOT...certainly breaking out of a trading range with volume....but not really consolidating in a tight band...i'd pass
KSU...chart looks ok, but it's not very volatile...might be OK for this market, where i think longs are going to dry up, but speaks to my comment above
NSP...the chart pattern looks like a good short, but is this stock volatile enough (for a quick turnover?)

keep us posted as you start firing with real ammo
