Hmmm. Another 13D/A filing today. Looks like this is the group which purchased all the stock from the first group (see the previous filing). This would be the "private placement" they mentioned. Now, some trust/holding/whatever owns a whopping %43.5 of the company! I don't quite know how to interpret this report. Can anyone help? freeedgar.com Steve
