23rd St. and 6th Ave. main hot hub, broker friends go there regularly, typically see celebrities, co. now public, strong executive team in process of rapid rollout (including internet). Stock will appreciate fast as news of developments starts being released regularly (and some famous/wealthy names wanting some ownership of this very healthy and hip specialty food business start buying - and their friends - and then the institutions).
