Credit Systems International Inc. announces that NIKE Canada Ltd. will launch the ERNEX electronic marketing system at its new flagship store in Toronto on April 1st, 1999. System installation begins today.
NIKE, one of Canada's largest athletics footwear producers, is set to launch ERNEX points at its flagship store April 1st, 1999. ERNEX real-time points will enable NIKE to learn more about their top customers and help them create a stronger relationship between their customers and the NIKE brand store. ERNEX will track customers making purchases at 'NIKE TO' and provide the data to NIKE Canada for targeted marketing campaigns.
The initial program at "NIKE TO" is a pilot. Rollout to the remaining five (5) Canadian locations is expected late in 1999. NIKE in the United States has 71 locations, comprised of eleven (11) NIKE towns (massive superstores), two superstores and 58 factory outlets.

CSI will derive immediate revenue from the sale of eleven (11) GT-100 transaction terminals, recurring revenue from the operation of ERNEX real-time programs, and program consultation.
