I don't really understand the financials of this company very well. Ovbiously not, if I bought my first stake at 4!
You paid $4.00/Share?! Damn, if could have only been so lucky!
I would agree with you that if they are not buying the stock at these levels it's because they see the possibility of new lows.
That's reverse logic. Everyone on both boards (SI/Yahoo) have been scratching their heads over how we'll deal with the delisting problem. I say it's not problem at all! Housley becomes a man and merely 'entices' himself and every VP and above to begin immediately to make private open market purchases of the stock they represent. Like he needs a brain-fart to figure this one out?!
The buying pressure alone should increase the value, but more importantly, the managment will finally be giving the investment community that they, believe in themselves. See, everyone wants to just throw credit at Housely for resurrecting this firm. Frankly, although I think he has done a fair job so far, he certainly has not suck his head on the line to make anything easier. I wish everyone would recall, the stock price is now lower by far than ever before. As such, any increased leverage and opportunity of a higher cap has been lost due to Mr. Housely refusing to invest personally. That alone stinks of a man just looking out for himself for paycheck. Again, why should anyone invest in this POS when even the insiders won't? WAKE UP DUMBIES!!!
You know frankly, I'm more than a little peeved with this Bruce clown. Any exec worth a shit always buys personally to infer a commitment to his superiors and the shareholders. Goddamn money grabbing loser figures he's gonna stick around a few months to see some options appreciate. Prick!
Having said that, do you know when earnings are this quarter?
Dates kicked around include Nov-4 & 20. Nothing official announced yet from what I can tell.
