Jon .. I am off this board since I have completed my DD. Please make a new thread because this stock is nothing like it was back in September which is the information in the header of this thread. The stock structure is nailed, no verifications can be done, all information is speculative, stock is being used liking corporate checks, and the promotion is fraught with confusion and pie in the sky projections.
Last year I seem to remember I bought after doing the DD on this stock when a broker told me it was going to be a great stock. So I did the DD and the stock was doing nothing like the broker said. (Not only this one but a limestone company in Canada WNCR) Then it came out in the infamous news letter of an on-line pumpster Which you happen to own, write yourself and are the webmaster. Now I was on to stage two which is searching the stock ticker and names surrounding the stock on the internet and guess what I have found. Stock Detective in their 10 warning signs to avoid scams and such warning number 3 ... here is part of the writing and the URL:

Often that obfuscation of a basic fact is deliberate. And if a company or its promoter will lie about such a small matter, what else will they lie about?
Try this: Unspecified claims of "major" developments, such as a "pending" acquisition or an "imminent" distribution agreement with a well-known company, are common distortions featured in scam stock promotions. Maybe an announcement is truly forthcoming, or maybe somebody made one phone call. But it makes a more exciting story to tell, and that's all that really concerns the unscrupulous promoter or broker.
Or this: Dramatic increases in projected sales or earnings. For example, Havana Republic (OTC Bulletin Board: HVAR), a cigar manufacturer which began operating only in 1996, says it expects to sell five million cigars in 1997. Toppers Brick Oven Pizza (OTC Bulletin Board: TBOP), a company with no reported income in 1996, forecasts $27 million in 1997 revenues and $165 million by 1999.
I have finished all the DD I am going to do on this stock. The filings have attorneys and other services getting stock, They apparently have no money since they are paying whoever with stock. I do not like the feeling I am getting especially since it is nothing but solid confusion on the stock structure. Now there is a resolution which differs from the SEC filings which is another warning sign. That $1.03 price you mentioned should have been in the SEC filings under full disclosure in my opinion. So everything about the stock structure is extremely confusing and nothing about the stock structure can be verified. I have read through the filings and though I like the company, industry and so forth the stock structure is BS as are all the claims I have watch you post when you admit full well to knowing certain facts you cannot produce and even you can or do they are the opposite of the SEC filings.
Now we have the infamous promoter from FAMH fame whose name is now locked in my database as warning flag just like World Vision and a bunch of others promoters. Nothing can be verified at all what so ever and the filings have nothing but an influx of stock coming to it. Since Stephen the CEO told me 13M outstanding and 7.5M in the float which no way I can tie into this present unverifiable stock structure makes me wonder what else is out there we do not know about which may come in on the next filing. Since all I see is unverifiable hype and major numbers in revenues (pie-in-the-sky) that make no possible sense to me I am going to have to say do your homework and trust the filings more than the word of myself or anyone else.
Jon do yourself a favor and make a new thread because I am going to post this one post every time you post on this thread. The opening header on this thread is misleading and contains year old DD. Since you are slamming folks for misleading I feel you should start a thread where the header has accurate current DD in it.
