Hey Joe! I'm glad to see you on here! I did know the shares outstanding but for the life of me, I can't remember now. Hopefully someone else on here can answer your question about that. If not, I'll be able to find out on Monday for you. About the float....I've heard that the majority of shares are being held by insiders. And although I can't confirm this, I've also heard that they have no intentions of selling. I can't confirm this next either, but I've heard that the float is less than 100,000 shares right now. Pretty low float, if that's true. Juanita
