Thanks for the reply, Chappy.

i agree with your comments.

Looking back, it seems that the JV created more problems and delays than many of recognized at the time. And, those delays caused bookings and revenue delays as the new production site was established in Mayasia. Delays in production created a financial risk for POET, as capital runway was running short. POET was getting negative reviews from analysts in 2023 pertaining to financing. There was a concern that they'd run out of money. So, POET executed a plan to raise money. They did, and it created dilution (as it always does). But POET now has plenty of money in the bank to alleviate analysts concerns about captal at this point.
POET has made mistakes. Every company (and every human) makes mistakes. I feel that the biggest mistake POET has made is the way the company has communicated progress, and setbacks, to the market. It's been frustrating. But I don't think this fumbling with communication has necessarily affected institutional investors. POET is more concerned with establishing a business that attracts large, institutional investors. These investors look deeper into the fundamentals of the business, so they are Less concerned about how effectively POET communicates. It's pissed off retail investors, like us, because we feel we deserve better. But guess what? POET doesnt really care about how we feel. I believe they have bigger, more strategic, and more long term goals than to worry about me and how I feel. And guess what? IM GLAD. I dont want them to care about me. I want them to make me money.
My point to Bud - again, I should simply ignore it instead of replying - is that comments about the daily sp fluctuation are irrelevant.

Anyone. Who closely follows this should understand this.

The manufacturing facility won't be completed for another few weeks. Bookings won't occur until after June. Product will be shipped in 2H, and revenues will be announced for Q3 and Q4 later this year. We've been told that '25 revenues will not be significant (or, we've been told that '26 revenue WILL be significant, so this infers that perhaps '25 revenue will not be). In 1H '26, it will be relevant to watch dail, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sp, because at that time POET will be a revenue generating company.

This is NOT Opel. This is not POET from 2 years ago.

I understand frustrations from long time holders of this stock, but it is still frustrating to me to read comments about daily sp fluctuation from people who read this forum and, therefore, SHOULD understand that these daily fluctuations, at this point in time, are simply stock traders playing their trading games. It has NOTHING to do with the return on investment opportunity we will have AFTER POET books, produces, ships, and reports revenues in the next 6-12 months.
