The Amazon/Nvidia relationship is imho the likeliest reason for the recent run up. Amazon is a 'we rule the world' aggressive business and warehousing is a big part of their business.

Why not have voice activated robots rather than punching in data to control them. I can envision an employee saying something to the effect of 'Row A, section 3, tier 2, to the dock', to a Proteus(Ouster sensors) robot.

The Amazon-Ouster relationship goes back many months and has not to date been covered in a press release....likely NDA.
