Adams is being tricksy with his "Anti-vaxxers won" line. He does NOT say the he was wrong. His unspoken position is that his pro-vaccine position was logical and justified, but it just didn't work out. He was explicit about this a year ago, but only very briefly -- a few minutes during one podcast. Now he uses tortured language to say the anti-vaxxers "won," but that their reasoning wasn't any better than his. You won't hear him say "They were right and I was wrong."
