In a post on Truth Social, Trump said that the pardons issued by his predecessor are not valid because they were allegedly signed using an autopen—a device that replicates a person's signature.

Re: President trump kvetching about Biden's things signed by autopen / so pardons are invalid:

This is actually quite brilliant by the President -

whether he wins or not, this is going to the courts
where EVERYTHING about Biden and his cognitive issues
(along with who actually was running the country) will come out.
It will also force the Democrats to focus on this issue instead of DOGE,
immigration and everything else.
