Again I review my returns owning QCOM and find they are all above 14% (wait, not all the accounts were checked) including dividends. Somehow I just don't see why there are so many discussions about getting a higher PE when I feel so comfortable where we are. That's relative to AAPL, NVLS, and so forth. I have a call on offer for $175 at $22 at the moment and all earlier calls are now exercised or repurchased. I also have placed an order to sell a lot at $177 in a taxable account in which the highest priced shares would return 17% and the older slightly lower priced shares would return 15% though I'm not offering them yet. Many others would return over 24% CAGR. I would prefer Irwin Jacobs running the company, but my returns continue to be the best I can obtain anywhere.

WWW offered a talk by Richard D. Wolff which I value highly and which no one but me recommended. I don't regard myself as a Marxist, but the basic facts he lays out I agree with. The solution, well yes, but not so much. Still my heavy involvement with QCOM stock is dangerous though I know of no place better. Maybe a safer, better house or BYD car. Maybe some drug stocks or pipelines. Maybe some Chinese exposure. So I continue to try to reduce exposure (15%) to QCOM at the best available price.
