Just completed a scan for insider Buy/Sells and nothing. Wonder if/when CEO maybe selling his shares if at all. No new SEC documents filed.

I did like your idea about some type of partnership w/ that privately held sausage company. It's all about opening up the distribution channels. To do that you must have the manufacturing capacity and supply channels for the inputs along with the distribution channels to the end markets.

Good point about Tim and expansion. Seems like Tim made some good small steps to show how expansion can be done w/o any major disruptions.

I sure hope there is no 'hostile' acquisition but rather a clear road for continued growth. Definitely do not want to see a huge capital investment using a lot of debt to expand their business too fast w/o a well conceived plan. I like the idea of working w/ partners already positioned in the business specifically logistics & distribution. Wholefoods comes to mind that uses UNFI distribution footprint to deliver to their stores.

Then it is just a matter of building copies of the efficient production facilities at/near the UNFI warehouses for distribution.

There are many avenues to achieve the end goals and perhaps a new CEO can help w/ that part of the expansion.
