Hi E_K_S, It may well have been too fast and aggressive for the family. If Tim wanted to roll out a national footprint, and the owners didn't want to make the big bucks of buying a fleet of trucks for logistics why fight it? He showed them how Texas and Florida paid off! They now know how to slowly add big growth markets . Just adding warehouses and 2 big markets already has brought in a new accounting firm. That may have been an uncomfortable decision for management. It could be Armanino Foods is going too slow for Tims career goals. He would not have to make too many phone calls to find a bigger opportunity! I liked him and I think Amnf will miss him. BWDIK I think it is a negative event regardless. There was a big sell at the opening the other day - not huge but it happened early in the trading day, which I noted as unusual. SIGH Our merger idea may well be needed to hold their hands during a big decision to have a nationwide footprint. You and I should just buy them up and give Tim a call. <smile> Bob
