IMO this is bad news.

Tim made excellent progress and expanded the footprint of Amanino's products.

I thought he was a class act and moved the needle.

I'm prone to think he got a bigger offer from a larger food industry company.

Negative thoughts are:

The new accounting firm didn't like his expansion?

Tim got tired of living in California. It would'nt take much to see all the taxes that are paid.

A brand manager in P&G surely gets to keep more, not to mention many other locals and companies.

There's more to this story. imo
