Globalstar +6.3% up nicely following disclosure that a Director bought 1 mln shares 14:00:45 PM ET, 12/26/2024 - Briefing.com This 1 mln purchase follows a 500,000 share purchase made by the same director that was disclosed on Monday. And he made more purchases last week.This follows guidance at its Investor Day on December 12 when the company reaffirmed Q4 and FY25 revenue guidance.Also, recall that Globalstar intends to move to the Nasdaq and effectuate a reverse stock split at a ratio of between 1:10 to 1:25 in 1Q25.GSAT offers satellite and terrestrial connectivity services as an international telecom infrastructure provider.
