Hi WEagle,

Well we have decided to put more resources into our homes,as we enter later years. Yu and I are with one year of age , I hit 73 this coming July.

I have notice my age is making things harder to do. I mow about 5 actres a week and it is bumpy as tractors work the 40 acres. Where they gain access and remove crops with heavy equipment assures a rough surface that changes annually.

I have to build a shed to house my cars and during the winter minimiziing thatwalk distance will be more impactful.

Getting your wife moved into a new home and settled will be a bit of a chore.

None of us are getting younger. <smile>

Do you intend to stay in The Woodlands?

We love it there, but get frustrated with the traffic and crazy drivers. We have zero traffic in Wisconsin. I have to keep my eyes on the road as I'm always looking at deer, ducks or geese, not to mention the growth of crops.

Keeping a balance of cash, safe money, stocks, and real estate is a key to later years security I think.

I'm leaning more to adding to our real estate with this remodel. Once complete, I intend to replace the original windows in our home on Lake Woodlands. They are original windows built in 1992. They have horrible thermal qualities and AC costs are never getting cheaper.

Depending on medical needs The Woodlands may well be where we live our later years.

AMNF is hitting a new high this morning. Getting excited as a parabolic run will fund my shed and complete my car restorations. It is free to dream eh?

Breezes first price target of 7.55 has been exceeded. His alternate target is $7.77. After that it could just go parabolic.

Not going Canadian just going home.

The area has seen some million dollar homes on rural land. My best feature of the Wisconsin home is it is on the Sheboygan river with no or few neighbors. I get realtors asking if it is for sale often. Being 6 miles from the very upscale market of Elkhart lake and its wealthy racing population who play on Road America makes me hope it will be sought after if and when we need to sell.

Merry Christmas to you and your family. We all have many blessings to be Thankful for.

Bob and Jan
