No plans on selling. Wonder if the new auditor may be helping to get the company "packaged" for a sale and/or acquisition or friendly merger. There is a lot of opportunity if they can find the right partner to grow nation wide. To do that, you need to have a clean/clear set of books & valuation to get your highest value.

It would certainly fit a Q3/Q4 2025 timeline especially to get to the next level of production/distribution for an East Coast manufacturing/distribution facility.

Great to hear you are making progress on your home remodel. I find it much easier to break up my larger projects into small pieces. I am working on an off grid ADU park and/or fishing lodge. So am building/testing the different components like solar, battery storage, cell/satellite internet, etc. needed to construct the ADUs.

Still waiting to see property sell off before I pull the trigger. I am just grateful I have the opportunity to even explore and/or do such a project.

That's why I like the management at AMNF as they make slow calculated moves to position the company for growth while maintain control and most importantly building shareholder value. So far, this company has been the most shareholder friendly w/ their 14 year history of paying dividend.
