If you play more than 4 games you can't use that year for a redshirt year. So you can get NIL money for the current year, play 4 games and sit out, and then go somewhere else and get more NIL money. If you have a good year then transfer again and go to the highest bidder. The rule is you have 5 years to play 4 years. If you think you can play pro ball you can leave after 3 years. Since most won't make a pro team I expect more to go the get paid 5 year route.
