Defamation insurance is crazy expensive these days... if you can find it!



Note: These still is no federal anti-SLAPP law. It's also still not consistent from jurisdiction to jurisdiction whether state anti-SLAPP laws can be applied in a Federal court suit. I faced that problem way back 25+ years ago!
