I can buy back at about $14.00, but that is effectively buying at the current price which I don't want to do.

I think they expired today, so the point is perhaps moot.

I would have considered buying back the calls today (which is over) and selling forward a higher strike WMT call at zero cost to you.

TorS helps you see what future dates and strikes can can do in this sort of roll, and what you can receive or pay. Anyways, perhaps too late now.
