I was looking for movies about negotiations to show to a middle school class; they have seen "Fail Safe" now, but it was hard to find more. The "Missiles of October" from the 70s was quite good but hard to find. I then came across "Oslo" made for HBO, which tells the story of back channel talks between Israel and the PLO that paralleled the official US-sponsored talks at the time.

It's a gripping tale with excellent casting and performances. I didn't know the story, so I learned a lot too.
