100% guarantee is DEATH ;-)

Alternatives :

I have not had AOL email since the year AIM came out I think, so I do not know that web interface and filters available to be able to set up and block.

Problem is also when you buy something new, from a vendor, odds are "all the lists" and traffic sucked in and resold with your email address.

Prime example? Any Dumb-Azz that does eCommerce on AWS servers = "it's free" YEAH RIGHT = building Jeffy's database of SUCKERS even larger... enuff to afford a few rocket rides -tee-hee-

Not sure if this helps > restoreprivacy.com

Last resort and kinda super easy, would be to snag a domain for yourself, then a tiny webhosting package and create a personal "to never send from for crap" and where you'd have access to spamassassin.apache.org

As then forward ALL to the personal, and access control to all filtering god, so far is doing out here...and odds are as you mentioned, "they keep coming back" you have trained IT yourself, and it will also recognize many reported by others also..

I have and do this on all servers and sites as well for my clients > configserver.com

As i can block out by country also = most of the anal-holes doing the spamming anyway
