I cannot imagine that lawsuit getting anywhere. Way too many defendants. Way too much legal complexity for the amount of money claimed.

The guy may have been a player and therefore not too sympathetic to the jury.

This is not to say that there is not a legitimate legal basis for complaint there, but this is not the case to take on Facebook, dozens of people over. There are more congenial plaintiffs, more nasty individual defendants, to make a historic case against the cancel culture crowd.
