I've used these controlled fracturing copper bullets from Lehigh Defense in my .300 blackout at subsonic speeds to enable using my suppressor on my property to take deer quietly. They have precut petals and a .17 caliber bullet in the center to aid in expansion. They break into five pieces on impact sometimes make it out the other side but generally I find them in the hide in the off side.

I searched Lehigh's website for them but it looks like they may have been discontinued after they got bought out in 2021.
