Have only seen one popular mention, thus far... of new design being required... to build AI on chip...

But, while there would have to be AI already being used in design... to enable "keeping it all straight"... that's not the same thing as building it into the chip as a part of "smarter routing" in flow management and division of of work at the processor or functional feature level in flow structures... to enable efficient employment ?
