Pack I am a little confused ( I know easily done). Does FD mean that Benchmark has an 8 month contract to come up with something? Or would they bring to ZEN an offer that they thought was good before the 8 month period was up? Why would they wait 8 months to bring offers to ZEN if that is how I read this?
